Hivpoint.fi online chat counselling is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12.00 pm to 3.30 pm.

Phone helpline and chat counselling will help when you want more information about HIV or other STIs or when you need support or advice concerning these issues. You can discuss confidentially and openly, for example, HIV and other STI risks and fears with an Hivpoint employee. You can also ask more about Hivpoint’s services for people living with HIV and HIV testing service.
At the counselling services, you can also ask about time for a free and anonymous HIV rapid test at the Hivpoint office in Helsinki. HIV testing at the Oulu office is currently on hold due to local corona restrictions. Due to corona restrictions, HIV testing only works by appointment.
