We are organizing our third Innovation Day on 13th of February 2021 at 10:00-1500. This time the event is online. Innovation Day event will give a space for people with an immigrant background to brainstorm, “think outside the box” and develop concrete tools and methods how to reach more people and raise awareness of HIV and sexual health. The question to be answered during this Innovation Day is “How can we better raise awareness of HIV and the Hivpoint’s services among the most vulnerable immigrants and refugees in Finland?”
Innovation Day is a great start to Health Buddy Program
Innovation Day event is also a recruitment opportunity where participants get to show their enthusiasm and get an advantage for the upcoming recruitment of the paid Health Buddy program. Hivpoint’s Health Buddy program aims to find motivated and enthusiastic people to be our advocates. The Health Buddies organize workshops and spread knowledge about sexual health, including HIV and sexually transmitted infections, in migrant and refugee communities.
